We ask that you cancel your appointment immediately if you or any of your family members have a fever, Flu-like symptoms, or any known exposure to the Coronavirus.
If you do not feel comfortable coming to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not charge anyone a cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled due to viral concerns. Please keep in mind that there is an increased need for our limited number of available appointments and let us know immediately if you will need to postpone yours so that we can get others in need scheduled.

When you arrive for an appointment, we ask that you call us and a team member will escort you to the clinical area. Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment. All family members not being seen will be asked to remain in their vehicles.
