A letter to all patients regarding our re-opening plans:
Maholick Innovative Dentistry will begin re-opening our office on Monday May 4th.
I know we all have concerns about safety at this time. Rest assured we have always maintained a safe environment to protect our patients and our team members from the spread of any infectious disease. We will continue to do all the things we have always done, but have added further precautionary measures. Appointment times will be spread out to decrease the number of patients in our facility at any one time. We have also decreased the number of patients seen each day. We continue to disinfect all surfaces, not just clinical surfaces throughout the day.
Our hours of operation will not change.
If you have an upcoming appointment scheduled, our team will be contacting you. We hope you understand that changes in our scheduled appointment times may occur
Also, if you do not feel comfortable coming to your appointment, please let us know as soon as possible. We will not charge anyone a cancellation fee if your appointment is canceled due to viral concerns. Please keep in mind that there is an increased need for our limited number of available appointments and let us know immediately if you will need to postpone yours, so that we can get others in need scheduled.
We ask that you cancel your appointment immediately if you or any of your family members have a fever, Flu-like symptoms, or any known exposure to the Coronavirus.
We are working diligently to reschedule patients whose appointments were cancelled over the last several weeks. These patients will be receiving a call from one of our team members.
If you have any questions about appointments or schedule changes, please call us, we are here and are looking forward to helping you!
When you arrive for an appointment, we ask that you call us and a team member will escort you to the clinical area. Please do not bring guests with you to your appointment. All family members not being seen will be asked to remain in their vehicle.
We have and always will put the safety of our patients and our team first. We are looking forward to being able to be there for you in person and appreciate your patience with the changes we are undergoing in order to best serve you in these times.
